Consulting & Training Engagements
Bison Risk Management Associates (“Bison”)
will never disclose or distribute any of your information unless: (1) we receive your express authorization, or (2) we are
compelled to do so by a government entity through legal process (subpoena, etc.). Unless prohibited from doing so, we
will notify you of any law enforcement requests for your information to enable you to challenge the request if you so desire.
Your

The original work papers (notes taken by Bison or materials provided to Bison
prior to or during interviews or engagements) will all be returned to you upon completion of your engagement with Bison.
Bison will scan copies of these documents, and retain them in encrypted form on our servers under
AES 256 bit encryption levels. This is the highest level of commercially available encryption.
At your request, Bison will permanently remove/destroy the
retained copy of your reports and scanned work papers. Please understand that if you make this request of Bison, we
will no longer be able to provide you with additional copies of the report(s) or work papers in the future.
Any reports delivered to you by e-mail will be encrypted and password protected so they remain confidential until you retrieve
and decrypt them.

We
will never sell, trade, provide or barter your email address with any other business or entity. All of our email newsletter
lists provide you with the option to have your email address permanently removed from the list.
